Runroth is an ancient world, home to various races and people. This story takes place in roughly the 3rd age, during the war between the Empires of Alanor and Slanesh.

The Alanor Kingdom and Slanesh Empire have been at war for 3 decades. Though the cause and initial offender of the war is not widely known, the war is the most violent in memory, with both sides seeking the extinction of the other. Click here for a brief overview of both nations.

Alanor is centered in the mainland continent of Runroth, being connected to the Slanesh Empire on the desert continet Slanesh by a thin bridge dividing the Sea of Storms and the Orices Ocean. Click here to see a map of the world.
